Manatee Snorkeling Trip

Do you know what it's like to get in the water with Manatees?  How about what it feels like to touch one? 

We will snorkel with these gentle creatures that enjoy swimming with us just as much as we love them!   Crystal Lodge Dive Center in Crystal River, FL will take us to the best spot to see them!  During the colder months in Florida, the manatees migrate to the "warmer" waters in places like Crystal River.  The waters here maintain a constant temperature of 72 degrees.  You can bring your own snorkel gear and wetsuit, or rent some at our shop.  We will be limited to 16 snorkelers so don't wait to sign up this time!

Rainbow River Drift Dive or Snorkel

After we snorkel with the manatees we will head over to Rainbow River to drift dive or snorkel (you choose).  Rainbow river is a crystal clear springs-fed river drift dive that ranges from 4- 20 feet deep. The water is about 72 degree year-round.   Crystal Lodge Dive Center will take us on a boat ride up the river so we can enjoy a relaxing drift dive or snorkel.   Kayaks and Canoes are also available to rent.  Make sure each group of divers carries a dive flag. 

Hotel/ Overnight Accommodations

There isn't a group hotel picked for this trip for Saturday night.  We can suggest hotels in the area but this allows for flexability to choose your own hotel or be able to just make this a day trip.  For those of you that are staying Saturday night, we will be arranging a group dinner for anyone that would like to join us.
